Sunday May 19 - Pentecost

Pentecost commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles of Jesus, while they were in Jerusalem celebrating the Feast os Weeks, as recorded in Acts 2.

This was 50 days after Easter Sunday. The term pentecost is from Greek, meaning 'fiftieth'
